is over 600 square feet and is situated below Dolores Cottage II. Reserve this great downstairs cottage-style unit for up to 3
people. Features one open bedroom with a king bed, a private full bathroom with a shower and an additional half bathroom,
a full kitchen with a dishwasher, living room with a sofa bed, washer and dryer, and a free-standing electric fireplace. This cottage also features a beautiful outside patio overlooking a private garden area, offering a peak view of the Pacific Ocean. Parking is assigned covered parking 1/2 block to the south on
the same street. Instructions will be given and a garage key fob on day of arrival. There is no housekeeping offered.
Dogs are allowed for $50.00 per night upon approval prior to arrival. Please acknowledge if you have a dog. Yard is not
secure for dog. NO Smoking Allowed inside or outside. $250 fine for smoking.
